Bordier’s Nursery Project
This 3,000 sq ft office building was designed and built by Burke Steel Buildings and incorporated a pre-engineered metal building as the structural frame, roofing and siding. The building includes 700 sf of office and 2200 sf of storage and is fully fire sprinklered.

As Vice President & Principal, Mr. Burke
provided construction oversight for the home office of a national
cable TV service provider. Project was constructed on the 10th
floor of high-rise office structure in downtown Westwood.

of Warner Bros Animation, Looney Toons, on 10th floor of high-rise

management services for this hillside office complex consisting
of four separate steel and wood frame buildings on caissons on
difficult site.

management services to construct new 50 room hotel on the beach
with below grade parking structure, hotel rooms and restaurant
facility.

historically accurate alterations to the hotel, restaurant, lobby
and bar area of the inn including major commercial kitchen remodel
