As President of JM Construction Mr. Burke oversaw the construction for the tenant improvements for this fast food restaurant in the food court of the Long Beach Regional Entertainment complex. The tenant improvements were completed within a six week period.

The Promontory - San Luis Obispo

As Project Manager, Mr. Burke provided construction management services for this hillside office complex consisting of four separate steel and wood frame buildings on caissons on difficult site.

Seaventure Inn - Pismo Beach

As Project Manager, Mr. Burke provided construction management services to construct new 50 room hotel on the beach with below grade parking structure, hotel rooms and restaurant facility.

Santa Maria Inn - Santa Maria

As President and owner of US Construction, Mr. Burke provided construction management services to construct historically accurate alterations to the hotel, restaurant, lobby and bar area of the inn including major commercial kitchen remodel and antique furniture installation.

Sandcastle Inn - Pismo Beach

As Project Manager, Mr. Burke provided contract administration services to construct new three story hotel on the beach near high density tourist areas.

Rite Aid Store Remodels - San Fernando Valley

As Vice President of Construction, Mr. Burke provided oversight of the design, bidding and construction of the remodeling and construction of new stores for the Rite Aid Expansion in California. During a short period of time over the holiday season McClellanHunter was contracted to complete gut and remodel three Thrifty Drug Stores into the new Rite Aid Format and construct two completely new stores for Rite Aid in Burbank and California City. The remodel work was accomplished by working 24 hours per day, 7 days per week while keeping the stores fully open and operational during construction. Each store ranged in size from 16,000 sq ft up to 20,000 sq ft.

Sonic Cable Television Home Office and Shop Facility - San Luis Obispo
