As Project Manager for Coates & Wallace Construction, Mr. Burke provided complete construction management from bidding, contracting and final construction for all phases of the work to convert an existing horse pasture into a ranch style, up scale custom home neighborhood along with a remodeling of the existing horse training area. The work included grading, underground utilities, streets and all slab-up construction to turn the homes over to the final owner.

Pembroke Court - Goleta

As Project Manager, Mr. Burke provided contract administration for this project consisting of a complete development project starting with a bare site and performing all grading, underground utility work, street improvements and slab up construction for seven single family homes on a very private cul de sac with a neighborhood park.

Summergate Apartments - Santa Maria

As Project Manager, Mr. Burke performed project management responsibilities for this 60 unit, two story apartment complex including complete sitework with grading, underground utilities, offsite improvements and slab up construction work for these market rate units with surrounding carport structure.

San Miguel at California Oaks - Temecula

As Contract Administrator, Mr. Burke provided contract administration services to construct on and off site improvements for 250 affordable houses on hillside terrain.
